Ariska is not your typical for-profit company, it's a for-benefit entreprise. As a for-benefit enterprise, our primary objective is purpose and social impact, beyond profits. We do not seek to maximise financial profits for shareholders.

Shareholders

Every person employed by ariska is also a shareholder, within one year from joining us, with equal shares and votes. A shareholder must be a natural person, we do not accept legal entities as shareholders. Our shareholders are screened and their admission must be approved by a qualified majority of seventy-five (75) percent.

Governance

Decisions are taken by consensus. Consensus means the absence of any objection raised by a shareholder and presented by that shareholder as an obstacle to the taking of the decision in question. If consensus cannot be reached, or in the case of elections or admissions, decisions shall be taken by a qualified majority of seventy-five (75) percent.

Our principles are fundamental and can only be changed by a unanimous vote of the shareholders. Shareholders accept and share the following principles and values:
